Delete your LaoDee account
In the app
Open LaoDee, sign in to the account you want to remove, then open Settings → Delete account and confirm. You need an internet connection. This permanently removes your profile, sessions, synced saved places and contributed photo entries.
Without the app
Email us to request account and associated data deletion. Include the email address used to sign in and whether you used Apple or Google. If you used Apple’s Hide My Email, include the relay address shown in your Apple account settings. We will verify that you own the account before deleting it. Never send your password or sign-in code.
Phone-only saves, externally shared copies, catalogue-referenced media and backup or operational records may remain as described in our privacy page. You can also email us to request deletion of specific data without deleting your account.
